About Us




Our company was established in 1995 with the partnership of five Turkish entrepreneurs and the Moroccan firm Sicopa in the district of Soke, a province of Aydin, Turkey. Soke is located at 110 km away from the Port of Izmir, one of the biggest ports in the country.

Our company started its production with Capers in 1995. Sun Dried Tomatoes were added to our product range in 1997, Pepperoncini, in 2001 and Jalapenos, in 2008. Currently Sun Dried Tomatoes, Pepperoncini, Jalapenos and Capers are our four main products for which we are one of the world's leading producers. In the following years Banana Pepper was added to our product range based on the recommendations of our Research and Development Divison.

In 2001, production started in our new plant which includes cold storage areas, seperate production sites for each product and seperate storage areas for raw materials, auxillary and finished products.
Most of our products are locally grown and harvested by contracted farmers under the supervision of our Agricultural Divison. Throughout the production, physical, chemical and microbiological controls of our products occur in our laboratories. We have a microbiology laboratory in our premises. Plus, our firm also cooperates with accredited laboratories and universities in the country and abroad to enhance quality control. We hold the following international Food Safety and Quality Management System certificates .
