Our company was founded with the partnership of five Turkish entrepreneurs and Moroccan firm Sicopa in Soke district of Aydin province in 1995. The main reason that Soke district was selected is that the agriculture for all kinds of vegetables can be made easily in the fertile lands of Buyuk Menderes delta. Besides, Soke is just 110 km far from Izmir, the biggest harbor of Turkey according to its business volume and imports.
Caper production was started in our factory which had 700 m2 production and 1,300 m2 storage areas in 1995. Sun Dried Tomatoes was added to our product portfolio in 1997 and Pepperoncini in 2001.
As our product portfolio and capacity increased, the construction of our new factory was started in 2000. We moved to our new factory which has production area of 10,500 m2 and storage area of 49,500 m2 in 2001. There are 8 cold storages, separate production areas for each product, storage areas for raw materials, intermediary products and finished product storage areas in our new and modern factory. In our company there are technical crew of 40 people and more than 160 personnel in total.
Sun Dried Tomatoes, Pepperoncini and Caper are our main products and we are one of the main producers in the world.

As a result of the studies made by our R&D (Research and Development) Department, products such as Jalapenos, Macedonian Pepper, Banana Pepper, Giardiniera and Grape Leaves were added to our product portfolio since 2009.
The agricultural raw materials we use are produced and harvested by the contracted farmers controlled by our Agriculture Department, then transported to the plant without losing their freshness within 24 hours. The raw materials transported to the plant are processed in the same day after the approval of Quality Control Department. All stages of the production are controlled by a specialist team which consists of Agricultural Engineers, Food Engineers, Biologists, and Chemists.
The physical, chemical and microbiological controls of all stages, from raw materials to finished products are made in our factory laboratories. We improve our control and production by cooperation with accredited laboratories and universities together with our internal auditing.
99% of our sales consists of foreign markets is private label. We also make sales with Sibas brand in foreign markets depending on the demands of our customers. The main countries which we export our products are United States of America, Australia and European countries.
