Sibas Food Industry Corporation was founded in 1995, as a joint venture by a group of Turkish entrepreneurs and a Moroccan firm "SICOPA" specializing in capers and olive production. Capers were produced in the first year followed by the production of sun-dried tomatoes in the following year. After becoming a large scale company for capers and sun-dried tomatoes serving refined customers domestically and worldwide, SIBAS added pepperoncini pickles to its product portfolio as well becoming one of the biggest producers in the world in a short period of time with the trust of its valued customers worldwide.

All our products are Kosher certified by "Orthodox Union (OU)". Also, SIBAS recently became an authorized supplier of Kraft and Heinz worldwide through some of the strictest known audits applied.Our mission is to produce capers, sun-dried and semidried tomatoes and pepperoncini and other value added new products like natural olives in the future by consistently pursuing the highest quality standards in a cost effective and environmentally responsible manner. By also adapting a customer-oriented approach, SIBAS aims to produce "customer-value" and achieve a long-term customer satisfaction.
