SIBAS is already a key player in the world in capers, sun-dried tomatoes and pepperoncini production, and the company is eager to become a key player in value added new products like natural olives as well in time. For this purpose the production is carried out strictly according to ISO 9001:2000, HACCP and BRC standards in a facility with the latest technologies available in food production.

A new investment as an extension to the existing facility is completed by August 2004 which enabled the company to pack retail and foodservice jar formats as well. Our current annual production capacity is 3000 tons of capers, 2000 tons of sundried and semidried tomatoes and 6000 tons of pepperoncini. The production is carried out on a 30,000 m2 area with 5,000 m2 indoor and 1,000 m2 cold storage.
Our production is carried out in the most hygenic way following the international production procedures, making use of latest-technology production equipment, and utilizing a large and well experienced team of 1000 employees.
