SIBAS works with pepperoncini farmers on a yearly contract basis like in the case of tomatoes. The seeds, fertilizers and agricultural pesticides used are selected again with strict care, and all agricultural production process is carried out under our strict control. Harvesting is accomplished under the guidance of our self-employed agricultural engineers. Through continuous and strict quality inspections under the laboratory conditions we ensure the maximum quality standards in the selection and pickling processes.


 
The products are reselected and calibrated after the fermentation completion, and finally they are packed according to the requirements of our customers in industrial, foodservice or retail packages in whole or sliced formats
